This project of Mr. Sathish Parekh , a 5 bhk villa , close to 4,750 sq ft , on mysore road was completed in two and a half months time .
We designed it with a concept of glass , veneer and duco finish .
1) Living area : False ceiling has a combination of veneer with POP finish . Niche treatment with with couple of floating ledges .
2) Bedrooms : Includes lacquered glass finish sliding wardrobe , veneer finish sliding wardrobe with frost glass combination in other room , veneer based bed and paneling work . Partition done in one of the bedroom with wallmount tv unit is POP partition .
3) Kitchen : It is laminated based with duco paint finish . The counters used in breakfast and kitchen is corian countertop . Partition between dinning and kitchen is acrylic based .
4) Bar area : Behind the sofa is the bar counter with spot lit work , with POP designing on walls .
